Emphasis is laid on the need to balance in-class and out-of-class life. The students work hard in class, but they also utilize energy for diverse activities such as organizing seminars on contemporary management issues, publishing in-house magazines, organizing guest lectures and participating in inter and intra-business school competitions. Students are also encouraged to form informal groups and clubs based on their areas of interest, and to share information and exchange ideas.

MSB Alumni Federation
MSB established MSB Alumni Federation (MSBAF). All students are required to seek membership in this Federation.

The MSB Alumni Federation conducts meetings of Alumni at its various chapters on an ongoing basis to promote the Alumni Network. The Alumni Network is an effective tool for career progression and MSB is committed to building a well knit family of MSB Alumni.
