Faculty Resources
MSB plays a significant role in ensuring quality education through interactive teaching. The faculty bring their extensive knowledge, professional experience and advanced education to their task at MSB. The faculty members have good academic background and sound conceptual knowledge in their respective disciplines. They are practising professionals and academicians drawn from industry and leading institutions. The commitment to teaching shapes their involvement with the students. Computing Facilities
Laptop Computers will be provided to all MSB students. MSB Campuses are equipped with servers and multiple terminals with multiple operating systems enabling a client-server environment.

All MSB Campuses are provided with relevant latest hardware and software infrastructure to cater to the computing needs of students and the training needs of information technology related courses.

Internet connections are also provided at the MSB Campuses which helps students in their continuous search for knowledge through the worldwide web.

Library Facilities
MSB Campuses have libraries. Students have access to selection of a contemporary books and journals which supplement the prescribed reference books and textbooks, providing students an opportunity to gain significant appreciation of management and IT subjects going well beyond the classroom-based program. Libraries are augmented with books, periodicals, journals, magazines and other publications on a regular basis.

Workshops, Labs & Conferences

Soft Skills Lab
The Soft Skills Labs are conducted to impart soft skills which form the vital component of the corporate needs. The exclusive design and the right mix of teaching and training processes of Soft Skills Lab helps the student add a new dimension to his/her personality. The innovative methodology to impart soft skills is the propelling force and Soft Skills lab thrives on it. The novel approach of the training is a cut above the rest. An activity based learner centered curriculum ensures that the student is well rounded to understand the subtleties of the corporate world. The core elements of methodology like pair work, group work, stimulating group discussions, mock interviews, skits, role plays, etc. instill confidence in the students to meet the challenges of corporate work culture.

Computer Lab
Students of the respective programs are required to be proficient in day-to-day office applications on computers. The Computer Lab is intended to provide these skills to the students.

Theses
Two management theses are to be presented by the students during the III and IV semesters. They are comprehensive research studies/projects carried out by all the students under the guidance of faculty.

Career Conferences
Students may participate in conferences on management topics and make presentations of the same in class. These are done under the guidance of the faculty and will hone the summarizing and presentation skills of the students.

Guest Lectures
Guest lectures play an important role in the developmental process of the students. Eminent academicians and practising professionals are invited for guest lectures where students get an opportunity to interact closely with them and understand the practical applications of various management concepts and ideas.Through these activities, students get acquainted with leadership roles, develop group and interpersonal skills and develop the right kind of attitude for success in their careers.

Case Study Advantage

MSB uses the case method as a very important teaching and evaluation tool.

The case based learning is integrated as a dominant tool in the education methodology which reinforces the students’ understanding of the concepts and their ability to apply them in real practical situations. To be an effective professional, the student has to think and act like one.

The program uses case studies of reputed Indian and international companies. These cases will help the student understand the complexities in various business, political, legal and social environments.
